TEMP POSITION (Maternity Cover): Portfolio Administrator / Junior Portfolio Manager
Insimbi Property Administration is looking for a reliable and experienced person to assist a Senior Portfolio Manager with a portfolio of sectional title / HOA schemes.
Duration: 09 March 2026 – 30 June 2026 (short-term contract)
Working hours: Mon–Fri, 08h00–15h00
Key duties include:
• Preparing Trustee Meeting & AGM packs (agendas, documents, schedules, action lists)
• Budget pack preparation and admin support
• Email communication & typing of letters / notices
• Filing, scanning, saving and updating schedules
• Assisting with maintenance arrangements + progress follow-ups
• Assisting with insurance claims and renewals
• Minutes typed from meeting recordings when required (no meeting attendance required)
Requirements:
• Strong Excel + Office 365 skills
• Strong admin ability & typing accuracy
• Must meet strict deadlines
• Property / rentals / community scheme background an advantage
• Retired / semi-retired experienced portfolio manager welcomed
