WE ARE HIRING: Customer & Sales Team Lead - Talisman Hire Strand

Talisman Hire Strand is looking for a hands-on leader to guide our Front Office Sales and Back Office Sales teams in a busy tool and equipment rental branch.
The main focus of this role is people, customer service, sales follow-up, and daily team standards. We need someone who leads from the floor, builds people up, keeps service friendly, and holds the team accountable.

Preferred Background
• Retail leadership, customer service leadership, or internal sales team lead experience.
• Hardware, construction, plumbing, electrical, paint, tool, or technical retail experience preferred.
• Experience with contractors, builders, or trade clients will be a strong advantage.
