🔥 Future Firefighters in the Making! 🔥

Our Scouts recently had the incredible opportunity to visit the Volunteer Wildfire Services at the VWS Helderberg Base to learn more about volunteering during wildfire season and the vital work they do to protect our communities.

A huge thank you to Annushka and her amazing team for taking the time to show our Scouts around, answer their many questions, and truly spark their interest in service and community involvement.

The visit was both educational and exciting and judging by the smiles (especially when the hoses came out!), it’s safe to say they had an unforgettable experience. 💦🚒

We are so proud of our Scouts for embracing opportunities to learn, grow, and give back. Who knows? We may have a few future wildfire heroes in our troop! 💛🌿
