Our intention for this practice was GRATITUDE🙌🌿

Not gratitude for what might come one day, but gratitude for what already exists within and around us. The simple things. The quiet moments. The people, the horses, our breath, our bodies, this beautiful life we’re lucky enough to experience…

When we shift from “I’m missing something” to “I already have so much,” we change the energy we move through the world with. And from that place of contentment, peace and abundance naturally begin to flow. ✨

Watching this beautiful group of women open their hearts, breathe deeply and connect with these incredible horses was pure magic. Thank you for trusting me with this dream and for making our very first gathering so special. 💛
