Terms of service:

If the client or representative cannot, or chooses not to be present at the time of the shoot or prepare the property to be photo ready, the photographer's interpretation will be deemed as correct.

If the property is not photo ready, and clutter, pool covers, etc, needs to be digitally removed or altered, an additional fee will be charged.

Any booking after 5 pm will automatically classify as Sunset Shoot.
