HOUSE GORDONS BAY 1: New contemporary concrete and glass house
Client's brief was to design a family home with an extra apartment and the challenges were a very steep slope, a fairly narrow site and to harvest the most spectacular views from all bedrooms and living areas. House consist of 4 bedrooms with en-suite (one used as a study), open plan kitchen + lounge + dining area, tv room and at the top, a double garage and a one bedroom apartment. All bedrooms and living areas live outward onto balconies.
