Let’s together.

210,000 grant recipients under SASSA review — but no one’s grant has been cancelled… yet.

SASSA says it’s about preventing fraud and protecting public funds.
But many are asking — is this about accountability, or is survival being labelled as dishonesty?

🧠 Let’s be clear:
✔️ Grants are still being paid
✔️ No suspensions yet
✔️ Reviews = income checks
✔️ New 4th payment date added

But in a country where looters roam free, are we reviewing the right people?

👇🏾 Drop your thoughts:
🎯 Is this justice or deflection?

🚨 SASSA IS WATCHING.
Over 210,000 beneficiaries flagged for possible undeclared income.
But SASSA says: “No grants are cancelled — this is about stopping fraud.”

🗣️ “The review helps prevent fraud and protect public funds.” — CEO Themba Matlou

🔍 But here’s the question…

Is this a legit clean-up or just another way to criminalise the poor?

✅ Necessary checks – accountability matters
❌ Feels like targeting – always the vulnerable who get grilled
