WE’RE HIRING: ACCOUNTS ADMINISTRATOR

Based in Secunda | Full-Time Position

At TOI, we believe strong businesses are built on strong systems and even stronger people. We’re looking for an Accounts Administrator who values accuracy, integrity, and teamwork to join our growing company.

Behind every successful support ticket, project rollout, and client interaction is a financial process that keeps everything steady. That’s where you come in.

What You’ll Be Doing:
• Managing debtors & creditors
• Performing bank reconciliations
• Processing invoices
• Processing supplier invoices
• Keeping financial records organised and up to date

We’re looking for someone who:
• Pays attention to the small details
• Is dependable and professional
• Takes pride in doing things properly
• Works well within a team environment
• Has experience in an accounts-related role
• Is comfortable using accounting software (Sage One knowledge is advantageous)
