EasternVille Music will be featured on Timeline Radio’s Hip Hop Lunchtime this Friday the 13th (11:00–14:00), discussing their contribution to the Outlaws Season 2 soundtrack, currently airing on Showmax and Mzansi Magic.

The interview will feature EasternVille Music Family: (i) Leqhwa Kabo Kgopo, (ii) Kxng B The Great, (iii) Raw Beats, as well the as Managing Director Vincent Kheswa-Zwane, unpacking the creative process behind the music and the significance of Hip-Hop soundtracking a major crossover South African and Lesotho TV series.

The show will be hosted by Lovey & Simphiwe Tshabalala, bringing listeners three hours of authentic Hip-Hop conversation, music, and culture.

Sebokeng, Gauteng — Soul Truth Music, in partnership with the Emfuleni Local Municipality, is proud to announce a groundbreaking music industry workshop — the Selaelo Selota Masterclass: The Business of Music — taking place on Friday, 17 October 2025, at Eldorado Hall, Zone 14, Sebokeng, starting at 10:00 AM.

This powerful masterclass aims to empower emerging and established artists within the Emfuleni region by equipping them with the knowledge and practical tools needed to succeed in the competitive world of music.

Renowned South African musician, producer, and educator Selaelo Selota will lead the session, sharing invaluable insights from his decades-long career in the industry. Attendees can expect to gain a deeper understanding of the business side of music, including income streams, artist management, marketing, and strategies for building longevity and sustainability as a creative professional.

> “Many talented artists fall short not because of lack of skill, but because they don’t understand the business behind their art,” says Selota. “This masterclass is about changing that — it’s about empowering artists to take control of their careers and thrive.”

Through partnerships such as this one with Soul Truth Music, the Municipality continues to create platforms that nurture local talent and open pathways to professional success.
