Back in 2009 I was running a wellness centre with Betty Phetho a registered dietician in Vaal Triangle. One day we were having a meeting on how to get more clients and improve our service to be able to retain them as well. She encouraged me to invite Tshwaranang Lee Maqheku (a local age home) for a free 2 weeks training program, and they agreed to come on board. The two weeks were very very eventful, fruitful with fun and rollicking times. Today workout with my father reminded me of the elders from Tshwaranang Lee Maqheku organization, since my father is in the same age as them.
