NURCHA

The focus of the show was on NURCHA which is a development finance institution by the Department of Human Settlements in line with the NDP goal of densification of our cities. NURCHA offers loans to developers and contractors who in turn build high density and affordable housing. The show looked at two housing projects that are funded by NURCHA. For the Linden Lane project funding consisted of a threefold approach were the tree stages of funding include the Gauteng Provincial Fund (GPF), NURCHA and Nedbank Affordable Housing.
