We’re expanding our Western Cape logistics footprint with the development of Indlovu Logistics Park in Montague Gardens.

The R578 million development supports our strategy to increase exposure to high‑demand logistics assets in key coastal metros and unlock value from well‑located industrial land where supply remains constrained.

Demolition works begin in May 2026, with completion targeted before the third quarter of 2027.

Olympus Sandton is officially rising!

We joined our partners Tricolt Group to break ground on Olympus Sandton, the residential development that will bring premium urban living to the highest point of the precinct. With more than 85% of apartments sold since its 2025 launch, the demand for walkable, mixed use city living continues to grow.

Olympus will introduce two sculptural towers, lifestyle led amenities, hospitality experiences and vibrant public facing spaces that enrich our Sandton Summit vision of a connected urban neighbourhood.

Construction is underway as Olympus prepares to take its place on the Sandton skyline.

Tecoma Park is taking shape in Cornubia, KwaZulu‑Natal, where construction has begun on our new 36,830m² multi‑tenanted logistics park.

The project forms part of nearly R1.5 billion we’re investing in KZN across new developments and value‑add projects in response to strong tenant demand for well‑located, high‑quality space.
