Our client is currently recruiting four candidates (2x pilots and 2x crew) qualified RPL drone pilots to support upcoming operations focused on VTOL platforms, close-range surveillance, and BVLOS missions, targeting deployment in August 2026. The project will be abroad.

Operational Scope:
• Close surveillance and real-time monitoring
• BVLOS flight operations
• Integration with AI-driven detection and analytics systems
• Security and infrastructure inspection environments

Minimum Requirements:
• Valid Remote Pilot License (RPL)
• Experience with VTOL drone platforms
• BVLOS operational experience (or willingness to certify)
• Strong situational awareness and mission discipline
• Familiarity with real-time video/data systems (advantageous)
• Willingness to travel internationally for extended periods (depending on the contract)
• Valid passport

Preferred:
• Night flying experience
• Experience in security or tactical surveillance operations
• Exposure to AI/computer vision-assisted workflows

This role operates within a structured, high-performance environment with a strong focus on precision, compliance, and real-time decision-making.

Selection Process:
This is an initial recruitment phase. Shortlisted candidates will undergo:
• Technical evaluation of flight experience and platform capability
• Operational scenario-based assessment (surveillance / BVLOS context)
• Formal interview prior to final appointment

Confidentiality & Next Steps:
Following successful selection, the detailed scope of work and operational program will be formally communicated.
This will be shared upon ex*****on of a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and Letter of Intent (LOI).
