Kindly take note of the following.

Multiple Major deep sea fibre cables off the coast of Africa have been broken. Users in Africa may be unable to access multiple Microsoft services or features.

Dear Clients,

A small number of users in the Rustenburg area may be affected by a lightning strike damaging equipment on Dachill Tower.

Our teams will be on site soon to asses damages and start repairs and replacements.

Kindly note, we are experiencing the same network issues as the last 2 days with intermitted connections. All has been reported with our Backhaul Upstream Providers, we are awaiting ETR

Dear Consensus Connect Client, We are currently experiencing connectivity problems due to our upstream providers. We have reported the faults and no eta has been given. Consensus Connect Team, next update 3pm

4pm - No updates at this stage - All connections supplying Connectivity still off - next update at 5pm

Update: Connection was restored after 16 34pm. However we are seeing intermitted connection on the backhaul Fibres supplying our Internet Connection - 18 25pm.
