🟡 ROE Submission Alert: Yes, It’s Real!

HR professionals and employers — if you’re wondering whether the Compensation Fund really requires a detailed payroll report and confirmation of employment this year for ROE submissions…

✅ It’s TRUE.

Many HR executives have reached out to double-check this change. I get it — it’s not something we’re used to.

🔍 But this year, the CF portal has updated the submission process, and you can’t proceed without uploading these two supporting documents.

- Detailed payroll report (matching the ROE period)
- Signed confirmation of employment
