Between running the practice, studying, doing assignments and writing exams, I struggle to get the time to make products for the shop. There are products available on request and I hope to find or make time to make products asap.

If you made an appointment with me for a scan, it is your responsibility to ensure you remember. I will not send reminders.

Also, if you have made an appointment for a scan and do not arrive within 15 minutes after confirmed time, the appointment will be automatically cancelled. I will not wait longer than 15 minutes.

If you have an appointment for a scan and do not notify me that you will not be able to make the appointment, at least an hour before, I will send you an invoice for the consultation and hold you liable for payment.

My time is as valuable as yours and I could've helped someone else who needs it.
