1. Counting with Everyday Objects
Ask your child to count spoons, shoes, or fruit in the house. Then challenge them: “If we add 2 more apples, how many will we have?”

2. Word Hunt Around the House
Pick a letter (like “B”). Ask your child to find things that start with that letter—“Book, bag, ball.”

3. Story Time with a Twist
Read a short story together. Afterwards, ask: “What happened first? What happened last?”
👉 Develops sequencing and comprehension.

4. Shape Detective
Go on a “shape hunt” around the house. Spot circles (plates), rectangles (doors), and triangles (roof edges).
👉 Reinforces geometry basics.

5. Clap and Count
Clap a rhythm (like 3 claps). Ask your child to repeat and count aloud. Then change the number.
