📱 Delete for everyone?

I’ve done it.

But I’ve realised something.

Deleting the message is never the interesting part.

The interesting question is:

Why did I want to delete it?

Sometimes it’s because I reacted too quickly.

Sometimes because I worried I’d been misunderstood.

Sometimes because I didn’t like the version of myself that had just replied.

The same behaviour can come from completely different beliefs.

That’s why real healing starts with curiosity, not judgement.
