The building's layout is meticulously oriented along the water line, featuring expansive floor-to-ceiling glass pavilions that wash the interiors in natural light and completely dissolve the boundary between the indoor lounges and the river breeze.

Designed for the ultimate South African entertaining lifestyle, the lower patio seamlessly incorporates a sleek, stone-wrapped outdoor kitchen and open-air bar, flowing directly into the poolside lounge spaces.

Striking a perfect balance with the lush, green riverbanks, the exterior features an elegant mix of smooth, stark white overhangs paired with extensive vertical timber paneling. The ground level incorporates raw, earthy stone elements that anchor the structure seamlessly into its natural riverine setting.

They say first impressions last-but true luxury knows when to be subtle. This is the street-facing facade of our latest contemporary proposal in Steyn City, and it is all about the art of the reveal.

By combining crisp architectural planes with sweeping expanses of vertical timber screening and low stone accents, Luxury Design Studio has crafted an exterior that protects the family’s privacy without sacrificing an ounce of design presence. It’s warm, it’s secure, and it’s beautifully integrated into the estate’s parkland environment.

The ground level is completely dedicated to entertainment and relaxation, featuring a seamless transition from the open-plan dining and lounge areas to a private rim-flow pool and sunken deck.

Expansive, floor-to-ceiling glazing wraps around the entire structure, ensuring that the interior spaces are continuously flooded with the golden Highveld light while offering unobstructed views of the surrounding trees and landscaped gardens.

To anchor the home within its leafy Highveld environment, the design pairs clean, white contemporary rendering with beautifully textured natural stone feature walls. Warm timber vertical louvers add privacy to the upper suites while softening the building's bold lines.

A spacious, timber-clad multi-car garage is subtly integrated into the side wing of the estate, maintaining the home's sleek architectural profile from the street view.

Our latest architectural vision for Steyn City redefines what it means to live large on the Highveld. By combining dramatic V-shaped structural forms with warm country textures like hand-laid stone and natural timber, Luxury Design Studio has crafted a home that is simultaneously a bold statement piece and a private sanctuary.

From the floating upper pavilions to the sun-drenched poolside terrace, every square meter is engineered for the ultimate indoor-outdoor lifestyle.

The residence utilizes a series of interconnected wings and sweeping, elongated rooflines to create a sense of presence without overwhelming the landscape.

The floor plan is anchored by a central, sun-drenched courtyard and a designer pool, providing a private oasis sheltered from the elements while maintaining a connection to the surrounding paddocks.
