On Monday, 22 June, Necsa Group CEO Loyiso Tyabashe and University of Pretoria (UP) Vice-Chancellor Professor Francis Petersen signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) establishing a strategic framework for collaboration between the two institutions.
The partnership will focus on key areas including research and development, education and training, technology innovation, and skills development. The primary objective of the agreement is to cultivate the next generation of scientists, engineers, and nuclear professionals, thereby supporting South Africa’s long-term development agenda.
