The PSCBC, PHSDSBC, GPSSBC and PSA gathered to celebrate his life and reflect on the enduring contribution he made as a Council Member. His presence within the public service space was defined by commitment, insight, and an unwavering dedication to serving others with dignity.

Those who worked alongside him will remember more than his role—they will remember his humanity, his counsel, and the quiet strength with which he carried his responsibilities. Across every space he occupied, he consistently left behind a standard of integrity that continues to speak on his behalf.
