This Sunday we are hosting a special series of sessions to celebrate International Day of Yoga as well as the Winter Solstice 🤍

We Flow to Stillness from a Slow Vinyasa Flow class, through Restorative Yoga and end with a Sound Healing Session using Crystal Singing Bowls 🎶.

We hope that this day will offer you the space to slow down and enjoy nature's natural rhythm while appreciating the beautiful practice of yoga.
