About the Role: Community Scheme Accountant

As a Community Scheme Accountant at Rozewood, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial aspects of our residential portfolio. Your key responsibilities will include:

📊 Monthly Financial Review: Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.

🔍 General Ledger Analysis: Analyze accounts for accuracy and completeness.

📈 Monthly Management Accounts: Prepare and analyze financial reports.

💰 Budget Preparation: Assist in budget preparation and loading.

📝 Tax Filings: Ensure compliance with tax regulations and filings, including CSOS returns and registrations.

Additional Tasks:

📑 General Financial Tasks: Perform various financial tasks to support the smooth operation of community schemes.

Minimum Requirements:

🎓 Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
👥 Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within property management
💻 Strong knowledge of relevant accounting software
🔍 Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
💬 Effective communication and collaboration abilities
🔗 Advantageous: Experience with WeConnectU software.
