For your information: I had quite a few calls and enquiries regarding the gradings at a Rottweiler specialist show. I thought it might be good to post something about it:
Specialist breed judges may award puppies from 4 months - 12 months the following: (gradings are lower case for puppies)
Very promising: "vv" (German: Vielversprechend)
Promosing: "vsp" (German: Versprechend)
Littlenpromise: "wv" (German: Wenig Versprechend.
The grading letters are then followed by a number, 1 or 2 or 3 which indicates the position placed in the class.

Gradings for dogs 12 months and older: (Gradings i upper case letters)
Excellent: "V" (German: Vorzüglick)
Very good: "SG" (German: Sehr Gut)
Good: "G" (German: Gut)
Sufficient: GGD (German: Genügend)
Not Sufficient: GGD (German: Nicht Genügend)
Not gradeable "OB" (German: Ohne Beweryung)
Disqualified: DQ (Geman: Disqualifiziert
Again a number after the grading letters will indicate the position placed in the class entered.
