**Essential Requirements:**
✔️ Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
✔️ Current Working With Children Check (WWCC)
✔️ Valid First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certificates (or willingness to obtain)
✔️ Strong understanding of the EYLF & National Quality Standards
✔️ Excellent communication and teamwork skills
✔️ A genuine passion for working with children
