The 2018 P.E Scalextric Traveller Series is an Awesome Development to promote the hobby/sport in our region.

Events will be held on Home Tracks & at PEMRCC Club Tracks , on rotational basis once a week.

Proposed classes are “Carrera Cup“ for all unmodified 1/43 & 1/32 scale Carrera cars & then “Slot.It Challenge“ for all Slot.It cars , tuned & race prepped with any Slot.It parts available.

*** ATTENTION All Race Fans , Model Car & Model Toy Enthusiasts ***

We're considering a Model Cars & Model Toys Meet 'n Greet for Everyone in & around the Port Elizabeth area , with proposal of 02/03 December or 09/10 December as hosting dates !!! Depending on interest & feedback , we'll host a 1 day event on either a Saturday or Sunday , with option of extending to a 2 day event , starting Saturday morning till Sunday afternoon.

We're Model Car Builders & Collectors , Scalextric or Slot Car Enthusiasts & Racers , Remote Control Racers , Remote Control Flyers , Model Train Collectors & Enthusiasts , Toy Collectors & Enthusiasts , along with any other Toy Collectors & Enthusiasts , their friends & families ! Also welcomed are Toy Shops , Hobby Shops , Groups & Clubs !

Let's All come along , bring your goodies to display & demo for others , invite friends & family to support the get together & help to start a Local Network of friends & enthusiasts , in the various categories of Model Cars & Model Toys we're all Passionately involved & interested in . . . We'll start spreading a "Promotional Fire" on Social Media & on Advertising Platforms ASAP , to ensure it's well advertised well in advance , for maximum exposure & attendance numbers of course !!!

No Costs or Charges at all for those displaying or visiting the event & both our Scalextric Tracks / Slot Car Tracks will be Open for All visitors to enjoy some Scalextric / Slot Car Fun & Excitement , on our huge 42 metre 6 lane Competition Track & also on our Awesome picturesque 14 metre 2 lane Portable Expo Track ! Cars & Controllers are provided by the Club or bring yours along & put them to the test on either track !!!

- Full Size Slate Pool Tables
- Multiple Dart Boards

- Large 42 metre 6 lane Competition Track

* Plus : Any Clubs or Groups at this event will be Gifted a FREE Promotional Mobile App , tailored around their activities & interests ! This is to further the movement in growing local area networks of Model Cars & other Model Toys Enthusiasts ! Clubs & Groups will assist in design & layout of their Promotional Mobile Apps. Each App will include 1 Update per month , for any info , event , layout or other required updates or changes.
