KABEGA PARK SAPS & NHW SECTOR 1 – MONTHLY MEETING UPDATE

This evening Cllr Wolf, Cllr Best, Cllr Boggenpoel and Westering Neighbourhoodwatch attended the monthly Kabega Park SAPS & Neighborhood Watch Sector 1 meeting, held at the SAPS Conference Room.

These meetings are incredibly important as they keep our community structures aligned with SAPS, ensure that ongoing issues are tracked, and allow us to address new safety concerns directly with the relevant officials.

Agenda items included:

Feedback on second-hand goods operations

Taxi rank issues in Linton Grange

Matters arising from previous minutes

Station Commander’s overview

And new matters raised by community representatives, including Ward 9 participation and collaboration going forward

A big thank you to SAPS and NHW leadership for keeping these engagements running and ensuring transparency and cooperation in our area.

Working together is the only way we keep Kabega, Sherwood, Westering and Linton Grange safe.

Ward 9 will continue to attend, contribute, and support all structures that strengthen community safety.
