Madison on First in Walmer, completed in 2018. The entire building was high pressure cleaned, cracks filled in with a cementitious crack filler, repaired areas primed with an alkali sealer and finished with two coats of Neuklad Acrylic Waterproofing Paint.

Painting of Brightways on Tenth in Summerstrand.
The building was first cleaned down using a high pressure sprayer, all spalling exposed & rectified, repaired surfaces treated with a high performance Alkali Resistant Sealer and painted with 2 coats of Neuklad Acrylic Waterproofing Paint.
