JOB OPPORTUNITY: Stock Controller (Despatch)

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Order stock daily receipt stock and load invoices onto the system.
• Capture any credits received and reconcile with invoices.
• Create new stock codes, bin products, and maintain bins.
• Reconcile invoices and statements against all purchases made.
• Receipt IBT’s and clear daily.
• Print daily GP% reports and highlight any irregularities to the Pharmacy Manager.
• Print daily negative stock reports and correct stock problems.
• Print monthly the four-month dormant stock report and hand to the Pharmacy Manager for action.
• Assist the frontshop team when needed.

REQUIREMENTS:
• Matric
• Stock experience on Unisolv

Working hours:
Mondays to Fridays 08h30-17h30
Two Saturdays per month 08h30-13h00
