PREFERRED:
• A Recognized Security Management Qualification i.e. B TechSkills, Attributes & Other requirements ESSENTIAL:
• Advanced knowledge of Labour Law
• Basic understanding of Security processes and protocol
• Computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels, particularly Senior Management and Union representatives
• Excellent interpersonal-, communication-, analytical-, and presentation skills
• Business Acumen: ability to understand the relation between the role of security and business environment

Key Performance Indicators for this role (but not limited to):

• Deliver on the annual operating plan in terms of the following: product availability; capacity projects commissioning; asset care; quality; cost; safety; sustainability; capacity and morale.

• Drive operational excellence and implement best practice tools.



Qualifications and Experience:

• NQF 4, S3 or equivalent Cheese Manufacturing Qualification

• Computer literacy (Microsoft Office, SYSPRO, WMS, etc.)

• Minimum 10 years relevant experience within the Dairy Industry

• Minimum of 5 years demonstrated experience within a similar role

• A qualification in Manufacturing or Production Management would be advantageous
