50% Subscription Deal for Resellers and Sales Agents.

Resellers and Sales Agents
1. Sabre offers a commission of 50% on the first year’s software subscription fees paid by the client, either upfront or in 12 equal, interest-free instalments. The commissions are calculated based on the cost per employee:
o R20 per employee for Sabre Cloud Full
o R15 per employee for Sabre Cloud Lite
o R15 per employee for Sabre Desktop Full
o R10 per employee for Sabre Desktop Lite
2. Example: For Sabre Cloud Full with 100 employees, the client cost is R20 per employee, totalling R2,000 per month or R24,000 per year. You would receive a referral commission of R12,000.
3. This subscription includes licensing, upgrades, updates, unlimited support, and training for the client.
4. Sabre handles all billing for client subscriptions.
Independent Sales Agents
1. You will earn 50% of the first-year subscription fees, plus 10% on any additional items billed to the client on the initial purchase. This could include biometric hardware, installation, and other related expenses, which may add up significantly, particularly for full access control systems (e.g., 20-door setups).
2. All billing to clients must be managed by Sabre to qualify for these benefits.
3. Your commission is paid as Sabre receives payment. If the client pays upfront for the entire year or the deal is financed, you will receive a one-time commission payout for the full amount.
Resellers
1. You will earn your usual markup and profit on hardware, with a discount of approximately 40%.
2. Additionally, you will retain 100% of the installation and training fees if you manage the installation.
3. As clients pay Sabre for their subscriptions, your account will be credited with the commissions due, which can be used for future Sabre purchases.
4. Cash payouts are not applicable unless the client pays upfront for the entire year or if the deal is financed, in which case you may request a one-time commission payout by invoicing Sabre.
