Job Vacancy - Industrial Relations Consultant
Duties will include the following (but not limited):
• Chairing of Disciplinary inquiries,
• Ill health and poor work performance consults,
• Retrenchment and wage negotiations etc,
Job Skills:
• An assertive, proactive person who can think on their feet
• Good interpersonal skills and good understanding of people
• Good job ethics in that he/she would be required to eventually perform much of his/ her functions without being supervised. Definitely an extremely positive attitude a priority
• A dedicated person who does what it takes to get the job done
• A basic legal degree or diploma in IR/ HR or Industrial Psychology
• Own vehicle a necessity, the job entails visiting client’s premises, on a daily basis, Junior level position, will be assisted and trained by Senior partners, if it is needed. Salary – R8000.00 monthly.
