We are actively seeking an experienced Call Center Agent to join our team immediately in Hyde Park. The ideal candidate will have a background in telecommunications, specifically with Blue Label, and experience in debt collection.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls efficiently and professionally.
Assist customers with inquiries and account management.
Conduct debt collection activities in compliance with company policies.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up actions.
Meet and exceed performance targets and KPIs.
Qualifications:

6 to 12 months of call center experience, preferably with Blue Label.
Proven experience in debt collection.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in call center software and CRM systems.
