Has anybody used this liquid eggwhite before? It costs R139.99 for 1 litre, which is 33 eggs, so R4.24/eggwhite. Whole eggs are R109.99/30 at Checkers now, R3.67 each. So, this liquid eggwhite is more expensive, but I think it might be worth a try. I'm way too unorganized to store and use the yellows in custard or whatever 🤪And I'm scared of raw eggwhite in royal icing, so I use actiwhite, but maybe with this being pasteurized, it will be okay?

I'm also wondering if I can freeze it 🤔
