Programmes & Times:

​Indoors: Lansdowne Methodist Church Hall, Prince Arthur Road, Lansdowne.
Tues & Thur, 6-7 pm ~ Femfit with Tia (women only)
Wed, 6h15pm ~ Bootcamp with Charl (men & women)

Outdoors: Brockhurst Road Park, Kenwyn
Sat, 8 am ~ Combo Bootcamp with Tia and Charl (men & women)

Cost: R30 per class / monthly membership packages.

All fitness levels welcome
Workout at a pace you can sustain and gradually as you strengthen, your body will allow you to do more.

The environment is relaxed and friendly as I want to promote a sense of community amongst my clients. We are all striving towards a common goal to improve our bodies and to enjoy feeling fit.
