Another B20vtec on the road. These are my faaaaaavourites. Ef with a mean machine. This is AL Jozeph Ef that came in with a knocking B20. I repaired and rebuild the block and fitted a vtec head aswell. Now the ef is healthy again and breathing stronger than before ;) enjoy the pics of the process from bearing clearance to valve lash.

Ported out another intake to fit 70mm throttle. More air = more kW

Tech tip before Christmas. Always check valve to valve clearance with high lift cams. This is with the cams correctly dialed at 0 lash. Intake valves touching exaust valves. To create clearance I added one degree advance on exaust cam.
