✨️A 21Day Challenge towards a NEW YOU: Meditation Move for JUNE, ✨️

NXPRESS is running a New You program for men and women looking to: 

♡ Living a healthy lifestyle

♡ Meet new friends

♡ Reset your fitness journey

♡ Become more active

♡ Become fit by walking/hiking/running

♡ Lose weight

♡ Be more flexible

♡ Regain balance in their life

♡ Receive inner healing/break free from past hurt 

♡ Move closer to the Lord

What you'll need to join:

▪︎ Comfortable shoes for weekly walks/hikes/runs; on/off road 

▪︎ Sport watch to track your workouts for each day

▪︎ STRAVA app on your phone (Ideal but not compulsary - Every member are required to share their daily workout with the w/a group to be held responsible and track progress).

• Commit to Walk/Hike/Run a minimum of 2km each day, for 21 consecutive days.

• Upload your daily activity onto the w/a group

Joining fee R150.

What the program includes:

🪷 Daily tracking of progress with your personal ranking score (On STRAVA and w/a group)

The NEW YOU Program is offered by NXPRESS, a club on STRAVA to invite people from all over South Africa to challenge themselves to commit to a 21Day Meditation Move by walking/hiking/running a minimum of 2km each day for 21 consecutive days towards inner healing, reset their fitness journey and living a healthy lifestyle.

Entries for May are now open and the challenge starts on 5 May.
