👉🏽Price pulled back ..we might see a retest of the trendline ..if that occurs we will look for a buy entry on the trendline ..

👉🏽Price can start rising and if it does ..we will wait for the breakout to confirm the buy ✔️

🔸Margin is a very important concept in forex trading .

What is margin ?
Amount of money needed as a “deposit” to open a position with your broker.

▪️
For example ..you have $500 account.Based on your volume(which will be explained and leverage(which will also be explained ..your broker would require a deposit ..let’s just say $20 is the required deposit .

So the broker would cross-reference your “required deposit $20 “ to your equity $500 .

▪️
Obviously $500 is bigger than $20 and based on that the broker is confident that you can fulfil the position.

🔵Margin is expressed as a percentage of the full amount of the position.

How to calculate margin ?
Equity x Volume / Leverage .

Different types of margins .
✔️Required margin..which we described above ..
✔️Account margin - total equity in your trading account .
✔️Used margin - margin that is committed to current trades that are open
✔️Free margin -money in your account that can be used to open more trades .

Last but no least MARGIN CALL 🔴🔴

This occurs when the money in your account is not enough to cover your losses .

This is when your used margin is more than your equity available ..trust us you don’t want to go through this 😢😅.

Ask your mentor more about this ..because it’s very important ✅.

🔻Bearish Flag Pattern

Price falls ,strong downtrend move = Flag Pole .

Price rises and forms an ascending channel = Flag

Price can stay in a channel a while 😅...sometimes weeks or even months 😢😂👉🏽when we say patience ,you think we kidding right ?

Then price breaks to the downside offering a continuation move short
