If you are part of Momentum Group Benefit and have a death benefit, and you get retrenched, Momentum Life will afford you an opportunity to convert your group death benefit to individual death benefit with no medical underwriting.

The offer is valid if the retrenchment occurs between 30 June and 31 December 2020

You need to apply for this conversion within 90 days of your retrenchment.
