What is the difference between an NPO and a NGO?
In some countries NGOs and NPOs are one in the same. Both often work for the benefit of human welfare and to better society. The biggest difference with an NGO is the scope of work that most non-profits assume. Many non- profits are affiliated with churches, boys and girls clubs, and alumni associations.

Non-governmental organizations, or NGOs, were first called such in Article 71 in the Charter of the newly formed United Nations in 1945. While NGOs have no fixed or formal definition, they are generally defined as non- profit entities independent of governmental influence (Although they may receive government funding).

Mogale Foundation-SA is dedicating this month to the education of our communities. Communities are the biggest stakeholder within our Foundation. They (Communities) are beneficiaries of everything we are offering, they are also contributors as they assist with donations, time volunteering not limited by to skills and by far much more.
