Run/Walk For Life Midrand

Yesterday was medal Monday 🥇🥳

Even though no medals were handed out at the Midrand Striders 60km pre-Comrades training run on Sunday we designed our own, chocolate, medal for Matthew 🍫🥇

One last long (30km) training run for this weekend and then the tapering begins. With just 33 days to go we are extremely proud of you; for your determination, your grit, and your perseverance even when it got tough! We’re behind you every step of the way and can’t wait to see you cross that finish line on 14 June 🏃‍♂️👏🏼
