Mighty Comms is looking for sales representatives to join our team. The requirements include:
Job Duties:
• Selling Fibre to the home (FTTH) products in the surrounding Gauteng areas, by targeting various locations.
• Manage Fibre to the home (FTTH) accounts through the entire sales process, from pre-sales to post-sales.
• Upload clients onto the CRM system in place.
• Maintain and develop existing and new customers by building and maintaining relationships.
• Coming up with strategies to target new business.
• Actively marketing Fibre to the home (FTTH) through Marketing information sessions (activations)
• Maintaining familiarity with and keeping up to date with changes in the industry.
• Provide liaison between client and operational team to ensure successful implementation of solutions sold and to ensure overall client satisfaction.
• Providing regular and ongoing communication to sales team leader.
• Taking initiative to spot opportunities that will generate new leads.
• And any other reasonable task.
Requirements:
• Matric
• 1-year minimum experience within the telecommunications sector selling products, services, and custom solutions
• Knowledge of fibre, VoIP, PABX, and ISP
• Strong desire to get out and 'hunt' for leads.
• Own reliable transport (Bonus)
• This role may require travel from one location to the next.
