Legends are officially back at the Midrand Action Sports arena and here's a quick catch-up on our first league match:

We took on the Macalegusha Royals in a much anticipated game, won the toss and chose to bowl.

Things started off seemingly slow for Legends but managed to restrict the Royals to a mere 24 runs. 🥎

We then took to the crease and our opening pair (Shastri Pillay and Sam Naidoo) had already achieved our overall target. The remaining batting pairs didn't hold back either, leading Legends to a total of 114. 🏏

All in all a good performance, securing all 4 skins.

A special mention to Desigan Moodley who claimed up Man-of-the-match (MoM), scoring 21 with the bat and scooping up 2 wickets with a total contribution of 21. 💫
