🔬 Results-Based Cleaning – Achieving True Cleanliness with Less Resources

Too often, we focus on tasks, not results. But are surfaces truly clean?

Through the Erasmus+ project CleanMind, I will share research findings and real-life experiments demonstrating that visual cleanliness does not always mean hygienic cleanliness. ATP measurements reveal surprising gaps – but also opportunities.

A results-based approach, combined with rapid feedback and awareness, allows us to achieve better hygiene, improved infection prevention, and reduced use of water, chemicals, and time.

💡 Cleaning Ergonomics – Why Cleaning Feels Like Therapy at Home but Causes Health Risks at Work

Cleaning should not harm health. Yet, in professional settings, it often does.

Based on the Erasmus+ project Cleaning Ergonomics, I will present practical, evidence-based solutions that help reduce physical and mental strain. Even small changes in methods and tools can lead to better wellbeing, lower sick leave, and higher-quality results.

To shift our mindset from activity-based cleaning to evidence-based, result-oriented cleaning – making the profession smarter, safer, and more respected.
