Creative Indulgence Cakes and Pastries

Not quite cake but still creative and super indulgent. My boyfriend does not love cake 😲 gasp! So this year for his birthday I recreated one of his fav ice creams. It's not available in SA sof I had to guess a little on exactly flavour but feedback is it is pretty close to the real thing. Hand churned chocolate icecream with marshmallow swirl, caramel sauce and fudge bits in a giant tub made from white chocolate.
Such an exciting week. Thursday I will be teaching the Advanced Cake Decorating Class at the Centre for Culinary Excellence at the South African Chef's Association and.... Tamara Le-Pine Williams from Classic FM will be there chatting to me and the students for her radio show.
