Staff Profile: Eldene Louw - Quality Assurance Analyst.
Eldene is a Quality assurance analyst at Alteram Solutions and started working at the company in June 2016. His role is to monitor the customer care agents calls to customers and also have one on one sessions with them. This also includes listening in on conversations between consultants and customers.
He enjoys everything about his job and interacting with people as well as seeing customers satisfied with the service being provided to them. Eldene is also a part time student studying competitive Islamic religion studies.
