The successful candidate must have:

1 year fixed term contract for a seasoned CA - Johannesburg based

Knowledge/Skills/experience
CA(SA)
University degree in Economics or related field, accompanied with about ten to fifteen years relevant international working experience with a sound understanding of below mentioned responsibilities;
Minimum 5 years’ experience with finance transformation projects with a strong focus on accounting, shared services design & implementation, (lean) process redesign and a good knowledge of business controlling;
Deep and profound knowledge of finance processes (record to report, procure to pay etc.), financial systems (ERP; ideally experience in Unit4 ABW) as well as business control;
Organization management experience, including change projects (inc. redundancy plans) and stakeholder management;
Strong personality with excellent social and communication skills;
Familiarity with project organizations;
Hands on and result driven;
Sound knowledge of local laws and regulations.
