Many of the youth belonging to the Soweto Canoe and Recreation Club come from child-headed households and unfortunately, unemployment is one of the many issues facing their community. Thanks to KRE-8, we were able to donate these beautiful masks to each child, assisting in keeping them safe during this time. Hot Cares was also able to provide a donation of R5000 towards groceries for the SCARC families, thanks to an anonymous listener.
