Senior HR Generalist & Payroll position - NON EE applicants
Salary R50k neg

Qualifications: HR/Law/Industrial Psychology Degree
8+ years exp as HR Generalist
8+ years exp as Managing large dept
Payroll experience
Exp liaising with International H/O
Legal and compliance exp
Salary processing for 3 companies
Labour compliance with the Act
Drafting employment contracts and offers
Manage the BBBEE, EE
Represent company at the CCMA/MEIBC
Manage relationships with Unions
Prepare and facilitate Labour Audits
Handle disciplinarian, chair hearings
Liaise with lawyers
Any adhoc responsibilities required by Management
