She is the Executive Chairman & CEO of Basetsana Women Investment Holdings Pty Ltd. An accomplished entrepreneur for over 25 years, currently the Chairperson of the Businesswomen’s Association of South Africa (BWA), which is the largest business women’s network in the country for the past 50 years. She has founded a number of greatly successful companies, passionate about entrepreneurship and women’s development. She mentors young people who have an interest in becoming entrepreneurs.
In 2019 she published her Memoir ‘Bassie - My Journey Of Hope’, which became one of South Africa’s best-sellers.
